Okay, so maybe it's a little much (sorry hun, you know i luv ya) but I combined two ideas with one bang, drew anime portraits relatively well in this one, and hey... I also happen to think this is kinda funny :giggle: but maybe not everyone appreciates my sense of humour. ah well. And I couldn't find where you put holiday art stuff... so that's why it's in the digital art section, sorry. -_-'

This actually went really fast... about 10 hours from the start of the sketch to the end... not bad, considering I had to make a bunch of brushes to get the textures and the snow to look just right. The photo in the back was just one I found on a site through a google search, resized, and moved around accordingly in my background. Yes, I was lazy and didn't make my own background... but cut me some slack, I'm on a tight schedule with exams and all -_-'

Time
  • Lineart - 90 minutes (no references used)

  • Digital Art - Photoshop 6 - 8-9 hours

    • Tools
  • mechanical pencil - 0.5 HB lead on 20lb paper

  • photoshop 6.0

  • google search "winter store"


    • note: all brushes used for texture on the wool, denim and snow were created by me
